The organic traffic to the website initially suffered from the SEO algorithm updates and a poor backlink profile. Their previous agency was not delivering online sales targets, which showed in negative financial reports. Also, the branding and website design didn’t reflect the real quality of products and the company’s value proposition.

With branding being a key issue, we worked on the new web design covering all modern eCommerce website functionalities. By setting up full customer journey tracking, we discovered the core point of drop-off and introduced a conversion rate optimisation strategy. To improve the website traffic, we initiated product promotion using more PPC campaigns including Smart Google Shopping.

THE RESULTS

The new user-centric strategy resulted in boosted company’s revenue. By working on the search engine visibility, the website started showing for over 260 keywords on the 1 page of Google. Currently, we work as a part of Pash Classics marketing department, from planning new campaigns, tracking current performance to the new website development.
