Quinessence is a provider of high-quality essential oils. The return on investment for Google Search and Google Shopping was too low. Additionally, the conversion rate was also too low while the cost per conversions was too high.

By the end of 2018, when we started working with Quinessence, the average conversion rate was 2.62%. The average cost per conversion £24.33. The campaigns were not profitable for the business.

The total Google Ads account transformation introduced new formats of Google Ads, such as Smart Shopping Campaign and Responsive Search Ads. We also introduced a feed management software which allowed us to take full control over the feed and benefited on extra Google discounts.

THE RESULTS

After the revamp, the eCommerce conversion rate reached 7.03% and cost per conversion dropped which previously was over £20, dropped to £6.80
