SO THIS WAS THEIR PROBLEM
Their previous website was built with Magento 1, which came to an end. The client decided to transition their website to WooCommerce due to the ease of use. This was a great opportunity for us to work on the overall website refresh to make sure it fits the latest UX trends and target audience expectations.
Additionally, their products were actively promoted on Google, using both Search and Shopping campaigns. The campaigns were doing ok, but we noticed negative user behaviours, especially on mobile devices, which led to lower returns on marketing spend and higher costs per sale.
